It is a dream study guide and workbook with step-by-step instructions that will assist you in becoming a specialists as interpreter your dreams. An inspirational wonderful Book that has helped me to clarify information I have had in my dreams which I am finding out is also connected to my waking daily life.
Dreams Designed by God for You has been a wonderful tool for me and motivation to help study on a deeper level what is going on within my subconscious, emotional and mental levels. It has also given me the tools to evolve even beyond these states as I now work more clearly and more constructively with my Dream Journal. I liked where the book added dimension to my Christian background by explaining and working creatively to achieve more awareness with past Lives, reincarnation and the idea of rebirth with karma. It was almost freeing to be able to discover these concepts as I have never really entertained them as a possibility and part of my dreaming segments. I thank you for this and I highly recommend this book and the workbook segments to anyone interested in taking another spiritual step into greater dream and spiritual awareness.

Amazingly inspirational and motivational for me.
This book indeed seemed as if it were Designed by God for me. I enjoyed every aspect of the book from Understanding the Working of Dreams in Chapter 1 to Using Your Dream Toolbox and on into the Golden Key Dream Technique.
Some particular aspects of this book I enjoyed also was the information of how past lives, rebirth - information about karma and reincarnation can actually be a part of all that we go through and it can come through in our dreams. It is something that was missing in my Christian upbringing to say the least. The techniques to get there were so powerful and as I used them I found I had more experiences and became more interested in creating my own Dream Journal.
The technique of a spiritual mantra called the HU was listed as an option to work with to transcend lower dimensions of space and time. I liked how it spoke of going beyond the emotional, and mind levels into higher spiritual vibration. I would recommend this book to anyone seeking a higher spiritual clarity on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and into the spiritual realms.
The workbook segments after each chapter were precious and I am now keeping an active journal as a result of studying this. Thank you again.

Hits the Nail On the Head
BJ has provided a thorough "How To" book about dreams that explains exactly how we can use our dreams to improve all aspects of our life. This book "Hits the Nail On the Head" and drives home the importance of dreams in our daily life. She gives us a step by step approach to using our dreams to improve our life and uses personal references about how these techniques worked in her life. It has become my personal reference book to help me interpret my dreams.

How wonderful the ECK is !!!. I just received your book yesterday and I've already found it to be a superb bridge for friends of mine that I've spoken to about spiritual topics for years. In fact, at this moment at work, a co-worker is reading it and another person sitting close by overhearing our conversation talked about her dreams and asked about your book :) ... she's looking at it, too! AND, for me personally, the timing could not have been better .... I started reading just the first parts of the book last night before bedtime and already am having realizations/insights in less than 24 hours and I'll just be beginning the 1st chapter tonight !!
